0.13.0 Part 1 is the newest version (for non-patrons), 0.12.0 Part 2 is the previous version.
Every update comes in two parts, released two weeks apart. You only need the latest part, as it includes everything from the prior version as well. For example, 0.12.0 Part 1 includes everything up to 0.11.0 and half of the 0.12.0 update. 0.12.0 Part 2 includes the full 0.12.0 update, including the prior 0.12.0 Part 1.
In this case however the latest version is 0.13.0 Part 1, as it contains everything from 0.12.0 and half of the 0.13.0 update.
